Pre Care
Tattoo Pre-Care Guide
1 Week Before
•Hydrate daily: Aim for 6–8 glasses of water a day.
•Moisturize the area: Use an unscented lotion once or twice a day to keep your skin healthy.
•Avoid sunburns: Keep the area out of the sun—burnt or peeling skin can’t be tattooed.
•Limit alcohol and caffeine: These can thin your blood or dehydrate you.
⸻
1–2 Days Before
•No alcohol or blood thinners (like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil).
•Sleep well: Get a full night’s rest. Tired = more sensitive to pain.
•Eat healthy: Fuel your immune system to help with healing.
⸻

•Water

•ID
⸻
